First thing you will need is your own domain and hosting account Click Here for more details. Once you have a presence on the web you will need to build a site the easiest way is through your control panel through your hosting account most provide you with a step by set site set up wizard.

Alternately you can download a wordpress blog the preferred blog on the internet see sources for details. This is easy to install with a remarkable 5 minute install.

Personally go with the blog as it more SEO than a site due to the content update factor. Plus with all the additional plug in these sites can become awesome.

Once you site/blog is built you will need to apply to Google for a adsence account. You will be required to give them the url of your site so they can check it out. So have some good content on there the better content the greater chance you have at being accepted.

You can also place affiliate links and banners on your site these will bring additional income through the commission you will gain from sales you generate. clickbank is a good one as well as commission junction. These two places handle everything including your payment.

Acne has long been one of the most common problems among many people, causing nnot only physical effects, but also psychological and social ones as well.

So how can you combat this problem? There are various treatments available both over-the-counter and prescribed by a physician, but perhaps, the best way to begin treating your acne is to take steps to prevent it. Below are tips that will show you how to do just that.

Cleansing your skin is the most essential acne prevention measure you can take. Not only does this clean off dirt, bacteria, and other unwanted materials, but it also removes excess oils that can cause breakouts. It is important that you do not over wash your skin, as this will remove oils that actually help your skin. This will result in dry, irritated skin, and can further aggravate your condition.

Use a gentle soap or acne cleanser. Cleansers have been developed to specifically help with acne, and are available both over-the-counter or through a prescription.

Zip popping is a bad habit to get in to, and perhaps, a hard one to break. They are bothersome and sometimes painful, and it would seem that you would receive relief from popping them and getting rid of infectious pus. This is not so. In actuality, popping pimples pushes the bacteria further into the skin and can cause further irritation to the problem area and the skin surrounding it. Use a skin toner in addition to washing your face instead.

Stress is also an aggravating factor to acne sufferers. When you are stressed, chemicals in your body are working against you and can cause your skin to react and breakouts to occur. Get plenty of sleep, eat right, and try to remove yourself from stressful situations.

If you have acne on parts of your body such as your chest and back, wear lose clothing. This is recommended especially when indulging in activities such as working out. Tight clothing can irritate your skin, and will aggravate your acne. It can also be uncomfortable to acne sufferers as well. This is also relevant because when you work out, you sweat, which can add unwanted materials to your skin and help influence breakouts. Tight clothing can trap these materials on the surface of your skin, or may even cause you to seat more. Lose clothing will prove more comfortable all around.

There is no sure way to cure acne, and many factors play into its causes. Depending on your skin type, certain tips may be more important than others. Follow these tips, and stay on an acne regimen that works. Don’t deviate from your acne treatment routine, as this will cause it to not be effective. Remember, too, that it often takes time to see the results of prevention and treatment. Consult a physician if nothing seems to work, or if you are unsure about what you should or shouldn’t use to treat your condition.

When gimp opens a psd file all it will see are the layers as images. PhotoShop will see the text as a text layer.

This can be a disappointing factor for a lot of gimp users as the text edit function will not work with gimp and the psd file.

A simple solution to this is to do the following:-

Open the psd file.

click on dialog then layers in the drop down menu.

Delete the so called text layers.

Then replace the deleted text layers with your new text.

Then click on file and save as removing the .psd extension to this graphics then save.

( this will remove the psd extension and replace it with gimp default extension xcf)

About xcf this is gimps default extension just like psd is to PhotoShop. Gimp will reconise text layers as a text layer using this xcf extension.

 Save then do the following:-

Open the new xcf graphics and click on dialog then layers.

Right click on the text layer you wish to edit. In the new drop down menu click on text tool.

Now change the wording to what ever you want. As you type the text in the xcf graphic will change.

click on close in the text window to close the text dialog box.

You can also do this change the font as well, to do this follow these steps:-

Open the xcf graphics and open the layers feature.

Right click on the text layer then double click on the text icon on the main tool bar.

In the new text box change the text font to what ever font you wish.

The font on the xcf will change accordingly.

You can also change color and size as well.

Inserting a peel away ad on your blog is easy since there is a plug in just to do this. This plug in will only allow you to show one peel though out your whole blog. whcih is good if thats what you want.

For me that is not acceptable i want more…

Here is my soloution…

To insert more than one peel to your blog you need to insert the call to action directly in to the posting. This is done by downloading and installing a different plug in. This plug in was not designed for peel away ads as it is a editor for your blog. what this editor has is the ability to use source code in your posting.

Step One:-

If you don’t all ready have it download and install the Dean’s FCKEditor for WordPress Download Here…

Once installed it will upgrade your current editor to a more advanced one, allowing you to use html in your postings also.

Step two:-

When you go to write your posting or wish to insert the peel into an exsisting posting do this. There is a source button on the editor looks like this.

It is located in the top left corner of the editor, click it and insert the peels call to action script. Then click it to return to normal view. You will not see the peel until the posting goes live. if it is a new posting write your posting as normal. If inserting the peel into an exsisting posting just save and publish the posting.

Once saved just go to that posting and the peel will appear, all other postings will not be affected. That it a simple and very affective way to use peels on your blog…

To solve this problem it took me around 10 mins and another 20 mins to write the code out.

Just follow these step by step instructions and all will be fine. The first thing we need to create is a php file to host the eBay javascript code in. So when it is called upon it will show in the index.php file. You will need to use notepad or any other editor to change the file.

Download the three php files click here.

Unzip the files and you will see three files, they are all the same. reason for three will be explained later.

Open the wp-eBay.php file using an editor like notepad on a windows p.c.

Open your web browser and go to eBay partners network page.

select which widget or creatives generator you wish to use, and generate the javascript code for it.

Now using the editor insert the javascript code between the green lines.

Save the files and uploaded it to your web server.

Now once the php files are on your server you will need to edit the index.php file. To edit this it is best to use your F.T.P . Locate the index.php file right click on it. Select edit and you should see something like this.

<?php
/* Short and sweet */
define(’WP_USE_THEMES’, true);
require(’./wp-blog-header.php’);
?>

Here is what you need to do:

Insert the following into the script under the define(’WP_USE_THEMES’,true);

include’wp-eBay.php’;

The script should now look something like this.

<?php
/* Short and sweet */
define(’WP_USE_THEMES’, true);
include’wp-eBay.php’;
require(’./wp-blog-header.php’);
?>

Side note:- if you put the wp-eBay file in a subfolder you will need to use this in the include

example: include’../subfolder/wp-eBay.php’;

Ok this put the widget or banner at the top of the page,

Now to put this on the bottom as well just put the include in here as well.

<?php
/* Short and sweet */
define(’WP_USE_THEMES’, true);
include’wp-eBay.php’;
require(’./wp-blog-header.php’);
include’wp-eBay.php’;
?>

Now lets say you want to use two different javascript codes one for the top and one for the bottom. This is the reason for the three files.

wp-eBayT.php

wp-eBAyB.php

wp-eBay.php

T stands for top and B for bottom, no reason why just keeping it simple. Just do as before but insert different javascript codes in to the wp-eBAyT and wp-eBAyB php files. You do not need the wp-eBAy file for this one. Upload these as before and change the index.php to this.

<?php
/* Short and sweet */
define(’WP_USE_THEMES’, true);
include’wp-eBayT.php’;
require(’./wp-blog-header.php’);
include’wp-eBayB.php’;
?>

Now when the index page loads you should have two different one on top the other at the bottom of the page. Hope this helps.

Are you a webmaster who needs funds to keep your website running? Or is your website the only way for you to earn income? Whichever you are, for as long as you are a webmaster or a web publisher and you need cash, affiliate marketing may work well for you. With affiliate marketing, you may get a lot of cash pouring into your bank account easily. And if your website is rich in great contents and you want to earn more profit, why not get into the Google Adsense program as well?

Why Affiliate Marketing?

Well, simply because affiliate marketing is the easiest and probably the best way to earn profits online, unless otherwise you are a businessman and would rather sell your own products online than advertise other businessman’s products on your site. But even online retailers can benefit from affiliate marketing programs, because affiliate marketing actually works for merchants as well as it works for the affiliates.

Affiliate marketing, simply said, is a relationship or agreement made between two websites, with one site being the merchant’s website and the other being the affiliate’s site. In the relationship, the affiliate agrees to let the merchant advertise his products on the affiliate’s site. The merchant, on the other hand, would agree to pay the affiliate in whatever method they have agreed into. This would generally mean easy income for the affiliate, as he would do nothing but place the retailer’s ad on his site. This would also be very beneficial for the merchant, as getting affiliates to advertise their products would be a lot more affordable than hiring an advertising firm to promote their products.

There are a variety of methods on how the merchant would compensate the affiliate for his services, and for the webmaster, these methods simply translates to the method by which he would earn easy cash. Among the more common methods of compensation are the pay-per-click method, the pay-per-lead method, and the pay-per-sale method. The pay-per-click method is the method most preferred by affiliates, for their site’s visitor would only have to visit the advertiser’s site for them to gain money. The other two methods, on the other hand, are better preferred by merchants, as they would only have to compensate you if your visitor becomes one of their registrants or if the visitor would actually buy their products.

Getting much profit on affiliate marketing programs, however, does not depend so much on the compensation method is it does on the traffic generated by your site. A website that can attract more visitors would generally have the greater chance of profiting in affiliate marketing programs.

What about Google Adsense?

Google Adsense is actually some sort of an affiliate marketing program. In Google Adsense, Google act as the intermediary between the affiliates and the merchants. The merchant, or the advertiser, would simply sign up with Google and provide the latter with text ads pertaining to their products. These ads, which is actually a link to the advertiser’s website, would then appear on Google searches as well as on the websites owned by the affiliates, or by those webmasters who have signed up with the Google Adsense program.

While one can find a lot of similarities between Google Adsense and other affiliate marketing programs, you can also see a lot of differences. In Google Adsense, all the webmaster has to do is place a code on his website and Google takes care of the rest. The ads that Google would place on your site would generally be relevant to the content of your site. This would be advantageous both for you and for the advertiser, as the visitors of your site would more or less be actually interested with the products being advertised.

The Google Adsense program compensates the affiliate in a pay-per-click basis. The advertisers would pay Google a certain amount each time their ad on your site is clicked and Google would then forward this amount to you through checks, although only after Google have deducted their share of the amount. Google Adsense checks are usually delivered monthly. Also, the Google Adsense program provides webmasters with a tracking tool that allows you to monitor the earnings you actually get from a certain ad.

So, where do all of these lead us to?

Where else but to profits, profits and even more profits! Affiliate marketing programs and the Google Adsense program simply work, whether you are the merchant or the affiliate. For the merchant’s side, a lot of money can be saved if advertising effort is concentrated on affiliate marketing rather than on dealing with advertising firms. For the webmaster, you can easily gain a lot of profits just by doing what you do best, and that is by creating websites. And if you combine all your profits from both the Google Adsense program and other affiliate marketing programs, it would surely convert to a large amount of cash.
